General Terms and Conditions Regarding Private Tours and Events

1. Cancellations 8 calendar days and more before the Tour begin is without Cancellation fees with exception of the below mentioned terms for the Hamburg Craft Beer Tasting Tour.

 2. Cancellations 7 calendar days till 48 hours before the tour will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour, 48 hours till 24 hours before the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of the tour. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the tour starts will be subject to 100% of the total amount of the Tour.

3. Once the invoice has been issued, a service fee of €20 will be charged to the orderer for every reduction of the invoiced amount resulting from a reduction of the number of participants.

4. Starting 7 days before the start of the tour a reduction is not any more possible. In the case that more participants attend the tour than informed, the cost of every extra participant will be charged to the orderer and a one time service fee of €20.

5. Different terms and conditions of cancellation might apply to external services such as chauffeur, bus, boat, bicycle and other services. Please inquire before booking if needed.

6. Regarding Hamburg Craft Beer Tasting Tour:

A. Intoxicated persons, rowdy or costumed persons as well as stag parties will not be admitted entry to this tour. In the case of cancellation due to any of these reasons, the entry fee will not be refunded or, if applicable, due in full.

B. From the time of a concrete commitment or booking confirmation of the tour from RTG Touristik there will be a €60 service fee in the case of a cancellation. Furthermore, the above mentioned terms and conditions will be applied.

C. Changes of the Tour date, time or duration will also be subject to a service fee of €60 per change. Please note, that the changes cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by RTG Touristik.
